Pin Caddy Selects One Eleven Management Group & Jancor Agencies to Assist with Continued Expansion
[TORONTO] – Pin Caddy, makers of the safest and easiest way to retrieve a golf ball from the hole while still maintaining a traditional golf experience, announced today that it has reached an agreement with One Eleven Management Group and Jancor Agencies for marketing services and sales representation for North America.
Pin Caddy was created by brothers Zak and Kody Yoshy, owners of a metal fabrication business in Kitchener, ON, who came up with the idea when their business slowed down due to Covid-19 and teamed up with James Skrypec who is a PGA Professional from their home club Deer Ridge to try and bring the idea to life.
“The inspiration was purely based on the fact that we love to play the game and we just wanted to see if we could create something that kept everyone as safe as possible but also allowed the course a chance to offer a very similar golf experience as they provided in the past,” said James Skrypec from Pin Caddy.
The unit works by a golfer using his or her club to slide the Pin Caddy up the flagstick which brings the ball out from the bottom of the cup and out of the hole. There’s no touch point for the golfer and takes mere seconds for golf course staff to attach to the flagstick.
“As courses begin to safely offer some of their club competitions this year the need for Pin Caddy only increases so a ball can be holed properly,” said Jeff Dykeman, CEO of One Eleven Management Group. “We are excited to do what we can to help them and brought in our friends at Jancor Agencies to leverage their sales expertise and customer service excellence as well.”
Over 150 courses already have the Pin Caddy system in play at their facility including: TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, Westmount GC, Coppinwood, Marine Drive, Edmonton CC, The Links at Crowbush Cove, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Capilano GCC, Beacon Hall, Scarboro GC, Redtail and Toronto Golf Club.
