Team Epping Finishes 2nd at Canadian Open
[YORKTON, SK] Team Epping had another great performance in a major championship last week as they ran the table after an opening loss to make it into the Meridian Canadian Open championship game on Sunday afternoon.
The championship game was a battle between the top two ranked teams in the world in Team Jacobs and Team Epping. Team Jacobs built a big 4-0 lead early but Team Epping battled back to make it 5-5 heading into the final end. It took a delicate throw with the final rock by Brad Jacobs that almost slipped by the button to hang on for the 6-5 win over Team Epping.

Team Epping will play next in the Ontario playdowns at the Ontario Men’s Tankard in Cornwall, ON from January 28th – February 2nd.
