Team Jennifer Jones finishes in 4th place at the 2021 Scotties Tournament of Hearts

CALGARY (March 1, 2021) – Team Jennifer Jones fell short of their ultimate goal of adding another Scotties Tournament of Hearts title to their resume but a solid 4th place finish and a chance to get back on the ice and entertaining curling fans across the country was a very welcomed consolation prize.

Team Jennifer Jones put up a 9-3 record in the round-robin before facing Team Walker from Alberta in the championship pool tie-breaker on Sunday morning.  Walker advanced to the semi-final game with a nail biting 9-8 decision over Team Jones but were unable to get by Team Canada who successfully defended their title in the final against Team Homan of Ontario.

Team Jennifer Jones was featured on more than 15 hours of live national coverage on TSN during the Scotties over the last week.

All four players – Jennifer, Jocelyn, Kaitlyn, Lisa – will play next in the Canadian Mixed Doubles Championship from March 18th-25th again in the bubble in Calgary.
