Matthew Anderson Signs Multi-Year Partnership with TaylorMade Golf

(TORONTO) – Matthew Anderson, one of Canada’s most powerful and promising professional golf prospects, announced today that he has signed a multi-year partnership with TaylorMade Golf.

Anderson will play a full bag of TaylorMade equipment (including the new Qi10 driver), wear the TaylorMade hat and play the TP5x golf ball in all competitions. In his rookie season as a professional in 2023 on PGA Tour Canada, Anderson racked up multiple top-20 finishes including a 12th in Windsor, 13th in Calgary and a 16th in Ottawa enroute to finishing 50th on the order of merit to retain full status for PGA Tour Americas in 2024.

“I’m so excited to get the season underway and I’m very appreciative of the attention to detail and support TaylorMade is providing me to take my golf career to the next level.” said Anderson, a Mississauga, ON native.  “I played TaylorMade equipment for many years leading into my NCAA career and I knew as soon as I tested their new equipment and ball that it was their best products they’ve ever made and that I wanted to get it into my bag.”

Anderson, a member of the Team Canada program, finished his college career last spring at the University of San Francisco on a heater with four consecutive top-10 finishes including a victory at the NCAA Regional Championship where he shot 20-under par for the four days. He then capped off his NCAA career at the National Championship finishing in a tie for 11th, the best finish by a Canadian individual in the pinnacle college golf event since Corey Conners in 2012.
